Subject : - Information on admission/residency

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a medical student doing a 6 year medicine program from Kursk State University, Russian Federation (websit - http://www.ksmu.kursknet.ru/). Currently I am in my 5th year of
my Degree/Diploma studying and my Degree after completion would be called as General Physician equivalent to MD program in United States.

I am looking forward to move to United states, to serve as a medical professional and would seek your assistance in following -

a) Can I do a University transfer program in my final year to your university and is there any such program? If yes please let me know what is the process.
b) If not Can I do a Residency program in the final year in your University by any provision. If yes what are the procedures and if you can give me some details I would appreciate.
c) If point # a) and b) is not doable, what is the process to come and do my higher studies in your university and also at the same time serve the university in whatever position I can do.

If you can help me in letting me know the process, fee structure and other details I would like to further our discussion and see how I can be helped.
