B1/ B2 Visa Interview questions for USMLE aspirants
These are some of the sample questions that might be asked during your US Visa interview:
- What specialty are you applying for?
- Why do you want to study in the US rather than your home country?
- What are the Universities you applied (None of the officers asked me for “Hospitals”. They always asked for “Universities”)
- What would you do after residency?
- Why cant you take the exam(CSA or STEP 3) in your home country?
- What is your estimated expense for the trip?
- Tell me something about your family.
- What does your sponsor do in the US. How long has he been in the US? When did you meet him last?
- Has anything changed in your application? (if you are reapplying)
- Why was your visa rejected last time? (for reapplicants)
- How can you convince me that you are going to return to your home country?
