B1/ B2 Visa Interview questions for USMLE aspirants

These are some of the sample questions that might be asked during your US Visa interview:

What specialty are you applying for?
Why do you want to study in the US rather than your home country?
What are the Universities you applied (None of the officers asked me for “Hospitals”. They always asked for “Universities”)
What would you do after residency?
Why cant you take the exam(CSA or STEP 3) in your home country?
What is your estimated expense for the trip?
Tell me something about your family.
What does your sponsor do in the US. How long has he been in the US? When did you meet him last?
Has anything changed in your application? (if you are reapplying)
Why was your visa rejected last time? (for reapplicants)
How can you convince me that you are going to return to your home country?
